Small Group Team Training
Strenuous training is hard, so don’t go it alone. Join a community of lifters, lead by expert coaches and thrive on your strength training journey. Your Union membership includes

  • Small group training sessions staffed by an expert strength coach.

  • 24/7 gym access (included in the cost).

  • Customized individual strength programming and powerlifting, strengthlifting, and competition support.

  • Access to our many community events including the King of the Hill

Cost:
Unlimited: $250 per month for unlimited sessions at any location.
Once Weekly: $200 per month for a single in-person coached session.

Add-On
Virtual Coaching: $50 per month, add virtual feedback to any lifts performed outside of club hours.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday Afternoon: 5-8pm

  • Saturday: Noon-2pm

  • Ladies Night Thursday: 6-8pm

This is Strength Union’s primary offering and we know that you will love it. We are so confident that your first session is free!

  • Team training days are scheduled coaching hours throughout the week, held at the various Strength Union gyms. During the scheduled team hours, an expert coach is on staff with the primary responsibility of coaching. You do not need to stay for the entire duration of the scheduled hours, only as long as it takes to complete your own training.

    During your first session you can expect the coach to teach you the fundamentals of the squat, the overhead press, and the deadlift as time permits. You will work with the coach in sets of five at increasing weights until you find a difficult but manageable top load. Before you leave, the coach will provide you an individualized strength program and a workout log book.

    Our coaches ask to be notified of and to observe/coach your last warmup and first work-set of every major movement. Other sets may be completed independently or under the watchful eye of the coach.

    Athletes that are signed up for unlimited, may visit any Strength Union gym, and may attend as many sessions as they wish in a week. Athletes signed up for once a week may attend a single session each week at the gym they signed up for.

    Our coaches work together to update your strength program and to make sure you are progressing towards your goals.
