Jordan Stanton - Owner
Jordan Stanton RN, PBC, PN1 is the owner of Strength Union, owner of Next Level Barbell, and Powerlifting United (PLU) Judge and Meet Director. Elite powerlifter, competitive BJJ athlete, coach to multiple world champions and world record holders. Previously a critical nurse, Jordan utilizes his extensive medical knowledge to the benefits of his clients. He believes that looking strong and being strong are awesome and worthy of pursuit.
Nick Anderson - Head Coach
Nick Anderson NASM, CPT, and Powerlifting Coach, began coaching others in 2019. Nick has coached people of all ages, men and women, and specializes in novice powerlifters, new lifters, weight loss, and physical transformation. He is an active powerlifter, competing at the National level in APF and placing best lifter in multiple local competitons. Nick currenlty competes in the APF and PLU. Nick believes that strength is key to a healthy body and a strong mind.
Zachary Mason - Staff Coach
Zachary is a former collegiate athlete and current competitive powerlifter. Zachary earned a B.S. in Biology in 2021, completed certifications for personal training and nutrition with ISSA in 2022, and is currently working towards a Strength and Conditioning specialist certification from the NSCA. Zachary has spent close to 14 years involved in strength training and conditioning, both as an athlete and a trainer. Zachary works in biotech manufacturing and works with the Gladstone high school football team as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Zachary’s training philosophy puts a hard focus on establishing the fundamentals of strength training and sensible nutrition to allow his clients to be able to train harder, smarter, and safer. In his spare time, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.”
Austin Williams - Staff Coach
Specializing in Powerlifting and Strongman, Austin has made a name for himself in the world of strength sports by helping athletes become nationally competitive while transforming their physiques. His training philosophy emphasizes skill development in the main lifts, paired with targeted accessory work to address weak points and pack on muscle. With an elite 1703 total at 231 lbs, Austin is a nationally competitive powerlifter who lives and breathes strength sports. Outside the gym, he values time with his family, believing the strongest athletes are those who live with a sense of purpose both on and off the platform.
