Fundamentals of Training

For the first two weeks each session will be focused on learning technique for the squat, bench press or deadlift. 

The following four weeks we will be switching to a new routine and we will still focus on refining our squat, bench press, and deadlift but we will also be pushing the weights safely. 

Weekly Emails on Nutrition:

1st Week: Goal Setting

2nd Week: What are calories and macros

3rd Week: Protein

4th Week: Carbs

5th Week: Fats

6th Week: How to make a plan based on your goals.
