Come down to the gym during our Drop-In Hours, listed below, or make an appointment by reaching us at info@strengthunion.com. First Drop-In is FREE, so come bring your gear and get a workout in to see if it's the right fit for you.

Drop-In Hours

Mornings
Sunday 11-3pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 12-3pm, Saturday 10-3pm

Evenings
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
5pm to 8pm

Ladies Class

Saturdays
10am to 11am

Thursdays

6:30pm to 7:30pm

1 Class Per Week $45 a month

2 Classes Per Week $85 a month


A time for ladies to get together, get some good training, and have fun! We will start off with a warm-up, do one compound movement, then some accessories and some circuit stuff (to get a good sweat going). We'll cool down to finish. All ladies are welcome!

If you are currently a member, then the class is included in membership. If you are not a member yet, then the class is only $15 a class, offered in as a monthly membership.


Nutrition Coaching

Offered exclusively to our members, let us guide you through a meal by meal, macro based nutrition plan timed around your workouts. Whether you're looking for an increase in performance, lose, gain, or maintain weight, we can help. 

Plans offer specific macros for training and non-training days. You'll check in with us twice weekly to make sure you're staying on track. All Q&A will be accessed through email.

Nutrition Coaching is offered for $80 per month.
