Come down to the gym during our Drop-In Hours, listed below, or make an appointment by reaching us at info@strengthunion.com. First Drop-In is FREE, so come bring your gear and get a workout in to see if it's the right fit for you.

SU Powerlifting Team *NEW Membership $125

Coaching hours from 5-7pm on M/T/Th/F. During this time I'll be in the gym giving the team feedback on their lifts and chatting in person about fitness related topics.

Comprehensive programming with a 4 day split. Sometimes we will be running an upper lower split, and sometimes we will be running other splits.

You get access to a Facebook group to post videos of lifts (if you are unavailable to lift during team training hours) and ask questions where myself(Justin Schaaf), @kayliebaby_ifbbpro, and @tonymontgomeryjr will be able to answer them.

The price point is $125/month which also includes 24/7 gym access @strength_union. Current level 2 members at strength union can switch over to the powerlifting team for no extra charge until 9/22/19.

Nutrition Coaching

Offered exclusively to our members, let us guide you through a meal by meal, macro based nutrition plan timed around your workouts. Whether you're looking for an increase in performance, lose, gain, or maintain weight, we can help. 

Plans offer specific macros for training and non-training days. You'll check in with us twice weekly to make sure you're staying on track. All Q&A will be accessed through email.

Nutrition Coaching is offered for $80 per month.
